Expression of Interest for Enrolment
As a new secondary school, Elevation Secondary College will be having a staggered enrolment intake, beginning with Year 7 only in 2020 and gradually expanding to all six year levels by 2025.

Year 7 enrolments for 2022 and beyond are managed by your child’s primary school. Please speak to the Transition Coordinator or the Principal at your child’s school for more information. Do not complete this form if you are currently in Grade 6 and applying for Year 7.
Elevation Secondary College has limited capacity to enrol from outside its designated school zone. To see if you live within our Designated Neighbourhood boundary, please go to findmyschool.vic.gov.au.

To make an application for enrolment consideration, please complete all of the form below. This form is an expression of interest only and is not an acceptance of enrolment.
To streamline the enrolment consideration process, please ensure to attach the following documents below:
- Child’s Birth Certificate or Australian Passport
- Victorian Driver’s License
- Council rates notice or 12 months rental agreement
- 1x Utility bill (either from: gas, water, electricity, internet, phone, car insurance, house insurance or Centrelink letter)
- Most recent semester school report
- Immunisation statement (can be retrieved from Medicare via MyGov website)
- VISA/ Immicard documents (if applicable)
- IVO/ Safety Plan (if applicable)
